Microsoft Outlook Help with Password

I need some help.  I want to be prompted for a password when opening Microsoft Outlook.  I use and IPAQ with it and have sensative information on it  Please advise.

    In Outlook Express
    File>Identities>Manage Identities>Properties>
    Tick the password box thingie  ;)

      HMMM  ???
      That only stops people logging on to your server as you.
      I think you may have to do this from the control panel and set yourself up as a password user.

      This may work.

      Start Outlook-->File-->Data File Management

      Click the .pst file you want, and then click Settings.
      Click Change Password and fill in the boxes.

      I do not have the data file option either.  Is this an extra, or does this come standard with the software?

        Maybe you need to be logged in as Admin?
