installed windows 7 first, then windows xp
    « on: December 13, 2009, 07:29:09 AM »
    hi,

i recently decided to install windows 7 and removed window xp. been using it for a week and it works great.

however, because i need to develop a software which requires xp environment, i install an additional harddisk and installed windows xp pro.

after installation, there wasnt a choice to choose which OS to boot from but rather it boot from window xp as default.

so i unplug the window xp harddisk and now i cannot boot from windows 7. it says corrupted file in system 32

Use the BIOS to determine which drive you want to boot to.

There is no option because you installed XP AFTER Win7 was installed.
