I seemto have lock myself out of 1 openzone site and one btfon sit. does anyone know how i can rectify this

bt may stand for BT, (British Telecom) and I think the talk about hotspots may mean this person is having some kind of wifi problems in England, but I think getting the info may be tricky... if they ever come back...
