PC to TV converter, opinions?

I think who ever listed the part didn't know what they were doing.

VGA is VGA
S-video is s-video
RCA is RCA

It's all been standardized.

And that's what the part does.  I have no idea why Matrox was even mentioned.

Yes, I know this and you know this.  I think it may just be an old listing that's still in there for some reason though.
