BSOD Stop 0x0000007e

Windows XP won't start up and I get a blue screen with STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xBA720040, 0xBAcc3528, 0xBACC3224)  iastor.sys - address BA720040 base at BA66C000, Datestamp 446382da
