I have an  e-machines model  t6532  running windows xp media center edition. just recently it has started having problems  using restart it would come on but no signal to the screen or keyboard , but if i turned it off all the way it would start just fine. now it does not start at all no keyboard or monitor but mouse lights up seems frozen up. can this be fixed?

Although it may not be the issue eMachines are notorious for bad/cheap power supplies...
To test this borrow 1 of the same or greater wattage and swap it in there overnite...
