No IE Broswers work.

Windows Vist 32bit SP2
The problem is that no internet browsers works.It says failed to display webpage. Ive tried installing others such as google chrome, mozilla foxfire, opera. The problem is not my connection cause I have gadgets on the side bar that require an internet connection and they work fine. When i try to reset IE8 it fails to reset default settings. Ive tried to system restore and it stays the same.Any help would be grealty apreaciated.

Can you ping?
Have you added any new software? Have there been any errors or malware issues?

    Click Start and type 'cmd' -> Right click and run as administrator. Then, type ipconfig /flushdns.

    Also, what was the last thing you can remember you did before it stopped working? Also, is it just your home computer? No proxy needed?
