can I install ie8 AND ie9 at the same time on WIN7

 What I want to do, if possible, is to run IE8 on my admin. acct. but allow my user/guest acct. to use IE9. If anyone knows if this can happen, and how to do it I would appreciate the help. This is on a WIN 7 machine w/ IE8 now installed...4Gb/500Gb w/i3-330m Intel.
