Is smss.exe anything to worry about?
« on: January 22, 2010, 02:15:37 PM »
Hi Everyone,
How are you all doing? We have a question about the file smss.exe.
We were trying to figure out if we got this other thing the other day from a redirect that happend the other day. Someone said something about smss32.exe, but then we find something that says smss.exe in the Processes thing if we hit ctrl, alt, delete and it brings up the Windows Task Manager.
We did a search and some things make it sound like it is something to worry about.
But some sound like it's a normal file.

Thanks
