    I had a comp go bad motherboard/cpu took the harddrive 160gb out and decided to use it in a Windows ME comp but it shows 4gb after I installed ME on it how do I get it wiped and set it up for ME and still have 160 I have a program called killdisk do I just run that and then put my ME disk in after I restart?

    Boot to your ME CD and start the install process. Choose the option to delete any partitions. Then recreate the partition(s), format, and install. NOTE: this will completely erase your hd.

      Even so, ME can't read more than 137GB of space.

        I do not see a 32GB FAT32 limit for WinME in the link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/154997.  I think that's for Windows 2000 and XP if you try to format through the GUI (which you overcome by using "format" command from a command prompt).
