I am having a problem getting rid of cookies in
temporary internet files/browsing history/settings/view files... I recently got a used computer for college, but the previous owner did not properly clear their records and I have so far found and deleted/installed most unwanted info that does not pertain to me. except for some embedded tracking cookies that I would like to delete. can anyone tell me why they are not deleting, and how can I clear them, please
