Blocking websites

Is there a way to block websites from command prompt and make it block websites in all browsers? I want to block adult sites and youtube on all browsers at the same time.

    I googled around some for you and found this. It has both a guide for blocking just in IE and for blocking in all browsers.

    I got it. Never mind. I found Blue Coat K9 Web protection. It blocks everything I need to block
