Login Then Automatically Logoff Desktop in less then 3 seconds

OK Ive been working on my computer, and i just deleted a couple of Trojan viruses. i reboot and login, then i wait 2-4 seconds and then it logs off, you can see the background on your desktop but nothing else then it logs off. i tried safe mode and last good config but it still dont work. Anyone think they can help me???
