I've had my laptop for about 2 years. Even though it is on mute I keep getting this annoying jingle=dah dah dah da-every now and then. I've done all the sound stuff through the volume mixer-all on mute. What else can I do? This noise has just started today and I can't find out why. I've turned down the wheel on the front. The noise is coming from right hand side of my laptop. I have a Toshiba Equium.
