i am a novice of this forum,  i have read the rule, but it is not very particular.

i read some of the topic of the forum, and wanna  give a advice, but i don't know whether could i answer the questions with a useful link?

Go ahead. Well, don't give a link to a porn site or a malicious site.

In general, avoid links to sites that complete directly with this site.

I struck that out, because there are no other sites...
anywhere like this site.   

But that just could be my opinion. I think.
