Downloading my computer's "browsing history"

I would like to download this entire file to a flash card.  Can someone please "walk" me through it?  thanks ???

    When using Firefox - View Tab - Sidebar - History -
    Click the plus sign for all listings. At the top
    Click Edit - Select All - Right click the highlighted websites.
    Left click Copy.

    You will have to go somewere to paste what you have copied.
    Maybe were you write your email. This works on AOL.
    Or Microsoft Work Word Processor.
    Save it to your documents for printing. I tested this before posting.
