trusting cabinet file, trying to download directx

i keep trying to download the latest directx on different microsoft computers and i keep getting the same message?

A cabinet file neccessary for installation cannot be trusted. Pleas verify the ryptographic services are enabled and the cabinet file ceretificate is valid

I have know idea what that mean?

can anyone help

Welcome to the CH forums.
