blackbox32.dll infected

Hello,
I use an antivirus called Avira for quite sometime now. I recently got a warning window pop up that mentioned the following:

A virus or unwanted program was found in C:\WINDOWS\system32\blackbox32.dll
Trojan: TR\ Dldr.Tracur.B.52

This error window with the message as shown above constantly pops up freezing all other operating applications. I have run the virus scan that has also pointed this out as a virus/or threat. I clicked on the repair button, and it does repair it momentarily and after about 2 mins this same warning once again starts to pop up.

Any suggestions?

This is one of the more stubborn infections that doesn't like to go without a fight.
