computer is not booting

In India bsnl and novatium gave computer in 50$
 its Intel atom presser with D945GCLF main board 512 RAM ram, (no HDD, no CDROM/DVD rom) this computer is not boot from windows bootable disk win xp, 2000, 98, vista, windows 7, red hut,) in bios they disabled first boot device opticion,
Novatium develop a O.S. it is Linux base O.S
 Install a disk on module on ide port computer boot from this disk on module
How can install win xp in this computer pls help me? Or how can I update bios of this computer

you can enable the dual boot from the customer portal .. try it its simple .. i have done the same it works .. also it free of any charges. follow you desktop link .. hope this is useful
