This error pops up after a couple minutes of being logged on.  I continuously get the same pop up over and over again.  Sites for *censored* or *censored* sites pop up.  These sites come up on Internet Explorer but I use Firefox.  I am unable to uninstall or move any programs through the Microsoft control panel.   Please advise and assist.  Thank you.
