Error Loading Messages
« on: February 08, 2010, 05:11:23 AM »
Hi I am an incompetant as far as computers are concerned (just for the record)  ???
I have a Toshiba Satellite IntelCore2Duo, 3GB, 32 bit OS, Service Pack 1 with Vista Home premium.
I have downloaded some stuff recently & then firefox kept sending me to strange places . I shut down all the cookies, and did a full scan. McAfee found a virus & dealt with it (it told me it did anyway) I also did a windows defender cleared all the temporary files & shredded the files.

I have now been recieving 2 error messages when I start  up.
One says Error Loading C:\windows\system32\sshnas21.dll
The other says Error loading C:users\carol\AppData\local\ibopuritucivire.dll
"The specified module could not be found" is at the base of both.

I have googled & there is apparently a Trojan that fits the description of message 1 but as it says it cannot be found does this means I still have it?
What should I do?
Any help would be much appreciated.
