Can somebody help me with running my Football manager demo?

I just downloaded the demo for football manager but when I'm tring to open the game, this message comes up
"This application has failed to start because d3dx9_41.dll was not found"
I have now downloaded direct X but when I'm trying to open the programme it is asking me to choose a programme with which to open it
I don't know which one to use
Can someone help me?

Did you download an Installer for DirectX or just the plain DLLs?

Alright, that download is just the ELUs not the actuall DLLs.

well mate
It doesn't seem like it's letting me download it as my laptop is vista and it's redirecting me to a Directx 11 when only 9/10 works for vista
