I use Windows XP and have been making my site from Google Chrome/YaHoo.
I'm learning to use simple frames and it works for me, but they don't show up in IE.
I hope someone can tell me how to get the frames to work in IE.
I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, but I really need help.
