I can't open most of the Exes on my PC and the Video Enhancer/accelerator/driver or whatever is not installing! the setup.exe doesn't open and it says when i open the setup from Driver folder "Couldn't find hardware or software required", All the rest of the drivers are installed and working perfectly but I can't install the VIDEO!!!

Let's start at the beginning, shall we?

    1) Why did you reformat?
    2) Why e: drive? What is the configuration of your drives and what is on each?

The E:\ had may unusable files and a previous version of windows 7 that i couldn't delete
      all the drives are NTFS (C, D, E, X)
The current XP is installed in C:\

You need to explain more. What is on each drive and which drive are you booting to? Provide as much detailed information as possible about your problem, your system, EXACTLY what you've done, etc.
