I have an Outlook 2007 receive error after Outlook has been up for a while. Stopping and restarting Outlook resolves the issue. Any ideas? I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit on an HPE-180T desktop with 9GB of memory.
This is new and used to work correctly. The only change is I recently removed some pretty nasty malware on a friends desktop via help from the virus / malware forum here. After getting that PC cleaned up I ran my PC through some of the same steps to make sure it was clean. Part of the final clean up steps were to install Web of Trust and SpyWare blaster.
Any thoughts? Could one of the virus tools be blocking the receive port after repeated use by Outlook? I don't get a warning or notification. Thanks in advance.
