When I start up my computer 2 errors are shown.

1.  Error in loading string XML Error 2

2.  Resource DLL failed

Can anyone help me fix.

Post running process to see if you are not infected download HijackThis.msi and post. To understand more go to  http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,46313.0.html and a Malware specialist/s will be able to help you.
