    Laptop is not working... the windows run after the monitor is black.. no desktop

    I have my dell laptop, windows 7... I dont why no more desktop.. when I off the button or shutdown its working but when I open.. its running but no desktop show, it is blank.. like white sky or white cloud.

    In your title, you say it's black. In your post, you said white. So which is it?

    Do you see the taskbar in Windows?
