I belive I have a virus I can't get rid of

I have lenovo with xp on it. I run mozilla or explorer happens in both. When i am on the internet and load a new page the page never loads the transfer data bar at the bottom said it was transferring data for the site I wanted then it said Waiting for stats.adnrr.com and then done but no page. I have ran AVG Malware and Avast and no luck. Help
