I have a Dell Inspiron and am running Windows XP Pro. I have recently had to restore the windows operating system and now have a problem with the temporary internet files. It seems that EVERYTHING I do, online or off, is creating temporary internet files. I clear them out regularly, and in ten to fifteen minutes online, I can accumulate over 22,000 kb of temp files. It boggs down the computer to the point where I have to log off, then clear the files off, and then I can resume online use. What is doin g this?
