I used fire fox web browser when I change the web address and press inter it will return the default browser what is the solution

What OS are you running?  What browser is set as your default browser?

i used  win xp sp2 OS .the default browser is fire fox.

I'm using win7 and mine does the same thing and it asks me if I want to make it my default browser every time I launch firefox. Is it a win7 thing? What browser are you using?

The default browser is www.google.com. And when I change the address, let say  www.yahoo.com. It will not open the yahoo web site .it return to Google website.

Your getting your terminology mixed up here...the Browser is Firefox....the default Homepage is google...
If it's getting redirected after making changes there's a good chance you are infected...

If you are not a member of admin group, definitely it is due to u have no sufficient privileges to change the browser settings! If you are an admin, then your system have infected as said in the previous post!
