script error

operating system second edition win xp pro. i been experiencing a script error that reads " a script in this movie is causing adobe flash player 10 to run slowly, computer may become unresponsive. do you want to abort the script.  then next after the warning box pops off the screen, the adobe flash player has crashed. reload. it happens all the time i not running a movie it happens on the Mozilla Firefox web explorer. can you help me i at my wits end,  :(

You may need to uninstall your adobe flash player and make sure to download one on IE and not on Firefox.
