My computer no longer records web sites that I have vitisted.  I am running Windows Vista.  When I go to Tools/Internet Options/Browser History Settings/view objects.  I see that {E2883E8F-472F-4FB0-9522-AC9BF37916A7} is damaged.  Is this the source of my problem?

Another way is to go to 'Adjust Toolbar Options' on the Google toolbar, and in the 'Search' select 'Store search history on my computer"

      1) The problem has already been solved.
      2) Your suggestion assumes Google Toolbar is installed.

I knew your problem had been solved, but thought perhaps my suggestion may help others who have installed the Google toolbar.
