I wanted to know if there is any free Flash programs out there?
I have JPGs that I want to put into an Animation and I know they use Flash now for that.
So I found Power Bulit Presanter on google.com but I don't real know if it is what I need.
I whent on YouTube and found just one video for it and it show how to make Animated Text but I have a fue JPGs that I want it to use.
Does anyone use this?
