If you removed all partitions, created new one, formatted it and installed Windows 7, there is no way you can have any traces of old installation.
If you do, you did something wrong.

    Broni,  i have team viewer is it possible for you to check my pc and startup the proces?
    the w7 dvd is in the dvd rom
