Forgot password in my laptop computer Hp

Please me how to retrieve password...I cant enter  or login when I type my password... i tried the safe mode still cant.. still blocking and ask a password.

Can you explain this I was in the site you gave me, where I am going to log on the windows 7, I am using desktop now.... the laptop is windows 7 HP I cant see the desktop cos there is a password.  I have confused about the reset disk, what kind of disk?
