Computer bsod

This should hopefully be the right section for this because i believe it might be hardware issues. I doubt its from some type of virus.
Anyways this is baffling me. My desktop was working fine for several years. Well then it occasionally started to randomly crash and blue screen during games. It very rarely happen and I could never determine the cause. Then it progressively moved into crashing at random points in the day. Well a few months ago it completely went out. I wasnt able to boot into it at all. It wouldnt even show the bios screen. I tried to fix it but i was unable to so i just put it away and used my laptop. Anyways about 2 weeks ago I tried fixing it. I removed all the ram sticks but one. and low and behold it booted all the way to the desktop. I got excited and restarted. Then it blue screened during startup. So I tried restarting several times. I also tried different ram stick combinations and placing them in different places. After about 100 times of moving ram sticks and rebooting or just leaving them in their current configuration and then restarting, it crashes randomly. Some times it makes it to the desktop and sometimes it wont. I keep wondering it if could be my motherboard, ram sticks, or even my hardrive. I dont have anything I can swap out with another computer to test what works and what doesnt. Although my video card works fine in another computer.
If anyone has any possible solutions or things to do/check for then please let me know. Its running windows vista 32 bit. Also vista came preloaded with the computer so i do not have a recovery or installation disk. and I do have everything backed up

unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

ok is there another way that i can get those files? I cant get it to bootup easily and the times i do make it to the desktop it blue screens or just shuts off before i can even get to my computer and then my thumbdrive

also out of no where after login it says that m windows is not not genuine. I tried clicking activate now and retyping the product code thats printed on the outside of my computer but it would freeze and it blue screened once. it was the one that says "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" in the above list. and i tried it again but it jsut froze and sat there for a long time. so i clicked activate later and i was able to get in after the 15th try. and so people dont ask questions like is it genuine and such, i bought it from officemax and i still have the receipt for it. and the product code is printed on the side of the case. It was oem vista and yeah.

Those errors can be caused by any of the following:

1) Bad ram: To check the ram, download memtest (http://www.memtest.org/). Burn it to a cd using a dedicated .iso burning utility (http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm), make sure the cd drive is at the top of the boot order in bios, then boot to the newly created cd and run the utility.

2) Bad driver: If you recently updated any drivers, roll back. Otherwise download and install the latest drivers for your various hw components.

3) Malware. If the above measures do not reveal the cause or cure the problem, do the following. Please follow the instructions in the following link and post your logs in the thread you create (NOT in this thread):
