HELP laptop wont charge

Hey, our laptop  stopped charging afew weeks ago, the charger light is green but the minute you plug it in to the laptop the light starts flashing and the computer is still dead.
 We thought it was the charger so we bought a new one so its obviously not that.
Its driving me insane lol HELP!!

hey

is your Laptop still new? and under guarantee? if it is then i think u should just take it to the manufacturer you bought it from, it might be the problem with the battery.
