Acronis True Image does not work properly

Hi all,

I am using Acronis True Image Home 10.0. on windows XP.
Recently I replaced my old PC's video, but a virus was detected after I had downloaded the new video's driver.
So, I tried to use Acronis True Image to restore the C drive.
Problem is that Acronis True Image required me to reboot my PC, but
when the PC has rebooted, Acronis True Image did work,
I just saw the dark screen saying: "Acronis True Image is loading, please wait"
I waited for ten minutes but saw nothing continue to display.

Please help if you could.
