Is there a way to convert a pc game like for example worms armaggedon or any atari or nes game to a cell phone like blackberry?

Legally, no. It would involve making an illegal copy of said game and it's against the rules to do that here.

And its not possible anyway, look up on the app store for your phone there may be a similiar game there, or even the game you were after (This version is legal and in a tested format for your device)
