Well to continue my saga...APC has been extremely professional about my situation...I made a claim and they emailed me questions to answer and even
have me draw a diagram, schematic if you will, of exactly how I had the devices powered from the UPS. I also have to return the unit which is a BK350 to them for testing. They state that upon examination, if they find that the unit is functioning properly, my claim will be dismissed....
Its worth a try I guess. There was no smoke or fuses blown,etc but I do know that my computer, wireless router, and monitor, were properly hooked up...
I will report on here the results of my claim. I would like to thank everyone for thier input on this. It is greatly appreciated.
