    Will not boot

     I have a Dell Dimension E 520 Windows XP Pro.  serfvice pack 3 that has been in storage for a few months...
     
     I pull it out of storage and hooked it all up  power it on and all I get is a black screen  with this  on the very top 

     "113-A67626-103 RV516 PRO DDR2 BIOS 600e/400m channel AB  _"

    any suggestions or ideas why this want go any farther?

    Unplug all power and remove and re-seat the RAM...
