    I have win 7. and when I click the start Bottun I see Documents.

    But when I open it I see no Folders.

    I thought this is were my Libraries would be??

        So what is the Documents on the start menu for?
        Documents is where your word processing, spreadsheet, and other files are saved by default.  Pictures and Music are other special folders.  None of these special folders have folders inside them until create and add folders, which can be called sub-folders, to them.
