how to save pictures from outlook e-mail

I need help how ti save pictures from outlook express and put into a photo folder in windows xp

If you can see the photo, do a right click and a "Save Picture As..."

You should be shown an option where to save the picture.  Go to the folder you would like and save it there.

You may not need to make a folder.  It's up to you.  You can use an existing folder.  The My Pictures folder is a special folder for pictures.  I suggest saving them there.
