Mouse pointer stuck in bottom left after log in screen

Hello!

This is my sister's computer, so the specs are:

eMachines EL 1360-UR30P
AMD e-300 processor
4GB RAM
Radeon HD 5570
600w Corsair Power supply

The problem:

After the Windows Login screen, the mouse moves to the bottom left of the screen (below the Windows button) and if you try to move it, it will stutter back down to the bottom left immediately. During the Log In screen, the mouse operates perfectly.

She says she was browsing Tumblr at the time and it moved to the bottom left and stayed there.

This error is very annoying as I have to navigate everything with the keyboard.

What I have done:

I disabled all start up programs using Msconfig, no change
Tried both USB and PS/2 mouse, no change
Restarted computer no change

The mouse works perfectly in safe mode

it seems like the computer affected by virus.Upgrade the anti-virus and start the boot scan........hopefully this will work

Actually we found the issue...she has a tablet (a drawing tablet) hooked into the computer...the stylus was setting on the left edge pulling the mouse out of placement. Thank you for the help though! I am feeling silly.
