    Well you said that depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.

    Don't worry about it - you said you already ran the diagnostics.

    Okay, let's try this. Reboot. As soon as the system begins to boot start tapping the F8 Function key. See if that will take you to the advanced boot options screen. If it does, try safe mode. Let us know what happens.

      Ok i started my computer then there was a hard disk check nothing else, so now what?

      What do you mean there was a hard disk check? Do you still have the cd in the drive? If so, remove it and reboot.

        Uhm the lighter-darker blue screen whith 3 steps of checking your hard disk and what cd i didnt put any.

        I'm sorry, but I'm very confused. Let's start at the top.

        1) You said you ran the hd tests. How did you get to those tests? Did you create a cd? You had to create a bootable disc of some sort in order to run the tests.

        2) Now you're telling me you get some sort of 3 step hd checking screen. I have no idea what that screen is or how you are getting to it. EXACTLY what is on that screen (please don't say 3 steps of checking your hard disk - please answer the questions IN DETAIL)?
