If you replaced the mobo you need to reinstall Windows.

Good evening hellomotto09 and welcome back

        Sorry on the delay

The only way you will be able to fix this is just what I had posted and Allan had said the same thing. Once you make that big of hardware change. Windows needs to be reinstalled, but I do see in your other post that you don't have the W7 disk but you have the key / coa.

If you know of someone that has the same version of windows and same bit version ask them if you can borrow it. So lets say you installed Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit than that is the version that you would need to borrow and just use you cd key /coa.

Hope this helps you if you have any questions please just let us know. Hope to hear from you soon. Mike

You have to set the CD drive to 1st in the boot order via the BIOS...

On your BIOS setup, check first if the drive is recognized along with your optical drive. Make sure all cables and power connections are well seated for the HD and cd drive also. Load system default then go to boot priority and set the CD/DVD drive as first. Save and Exit. Do you have a SATA hard drive you currently?
