Office Printer is not connecting to server
    « on: October 29, 2012, 07:13:01 AM »
Our office just bought a Ricoh Aficio MP C3000 and we have installed drivers to computer. We have also connected printer using ethernet cable and port. However we still cannot print to it or scan and email its users. Does anyone know how to connect these printers and/or configure them to the network server?

We could go through a variety of questions and suggestions to try and determine what your issue is. However assuming that you have read the product manual and either it does not deal with your issue or that following the instructions it did not work. The best thing to do is telephone the tech support people for the printer and have them guide you through the process over the phone. Given that it is a new printer you should certainly be provided with free tech support at this point. From personal experience i have had excellent results from a variety of printer manufacturers with this approach, Caveat have not dealt with Ricoh on a printer issue but they were superb on a camera issue long ago.If for some reason that doesn't get the result you need please return and tell us then we shall try and work through your issue.truenorth
