The vga driver is built into Windows. Did you download and install all appropriate drivers from the Dell Support Site? Look in Device Manager - are there any yellow or red symbols?

      Travel to the Dell site...
Enter the Service Tag # off the rear of the machine...
Select your Windows OS and all your drivers will be listed.
DLoad and install the video drivers.

BTW, for future reference there is a BIG difference between "vga driver" and "display adapter driver". You wanted the latter (also known as video card driver).♦♠

Follow Patio's advice - download it from the Dell Support site and install it.
