Hi I have reinstalled windows as I had a major virus on my laptop and since doing this all my drivers aren't registered on the laptop and unable to go back to factory settings the recovery disc doesn't have and of the drivers on it. Can any one help?

      http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/NP300V5A-A0EUK-downloads

Go to the above link and download and install all appropriate drivers. I suggest you start with the chipset driver (about halfway down the list). After installing the chipset driver, reboot and install the rest.

Also, if you haven't done so already be sure to install a GOOD anti virus app and keep it updated and resident.

Yes I will be doing thank you but the only problem is we can't get online with the computer in question. It won't let us do anything

Then download the drivers on the system you are currently using, move them to a usb drive or a cd or an external drive, then copy them to the system in question and install them.

Grab them on another working PC then transfer them via a USB memory stik...

Good to hear. Thanks for posting back.

One thing you want to do is look in device manager for any yellow or red symbols. If you see any, you still need to install a driver for that device. If not, you're good to go :)
