    problemm with install abode reader.

    I have laptop compaq Presario CQ57 with Windows7 ultimate.
    Doownload Abode Reader XI( 11.0.03) but have problem in istallation.
    Install not finish but write this:

    Error 1310.Error wriiting to file: C:\Config.Msi\PF6DEED.tmp.Verify that you hav access  to that directory..

    I not have this folder  C:\Config.Msi  in my PC.
    What and where is the problem?

    I've never experienced that problem but I found this via an Internet search: How to Fix 1310 Error.  Please let us know if you try it and it solves your problem.

    Yeah, on second thought, maybe this should be researched further.  Searches on 1310 Error seem to bring up a lot of references leading to a registry-repair approach to this problem.  If you try the one of these recommended "solutions", be sure to backup your registry first.  And, create a Restore Point in Windows before trying the fix.

    He can try This...

    Then re-boot and try the Adobe install again...
